Who we are

KokoWorlds (operated by Caffinix) — "we", "us" — provides a service for creating personalized children's books from photos you upload. Contact: TODO — add support/legal contact email.

What the service does

You create an account, optionally upload photos of people (including children, with guardian consent — see our Privacy Policy), and we use third-party AI services to turn those photos into cartoon-style characters used in generated storybooks.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to upload any photo you provide, and — for photos of a child — you must be that child's parent/legal guardian or have the guardian's explicit permission. You are responsible for the content you upload and generate through the service.

Account and data deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting your account removes your photos, generated characters, books, and consent records. Financial records (payments, invoices) are retained as required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will ask you to re-accept them before continuing to use the service.
